Restorative Rest, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra End of Year Retreat

Join Ellen and Wendy for a  special end of year afternoon retreat of Restorative Yoga,  Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra on the bay. 

It has been another stressful year and we need more than ever these healing practics where we can slow down and find moments of deep calm and peace. Nourish yourself during this frenetic festive season through this blissful opportunity to unwind and reset your nervous system.

The afternoon will begin with a restorative rest practice to bring a sense of embodiment, ease and release of tension to your physical body. Then bathe in the healing sounds of the Tibetan and Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls and Yoga Nidra guided journey.

These ancient techniques are designed to facilitate deep rest and connection to self and your inner guidance.

Afterwards, please join us for lovingly baked treats by Ellen's husband Ede, a cup of tea and connection with like minded people as well as some time to ground and integrate your experience with the view of the ocean from our beautiful venue on the Elwood foreshore. 

** Please bring your own yoga mat, a soft blanket and cushion to the event so you can be comfortable **
